The sandy beach Las Marinas can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The modern and comfortably equiped villa consists of 2 floors and offers a large garden with lawn, various terraces and an extra large private pool. The terrace in the back with access to the kitchen is very well suited for breakfast and offers lots of plants. A gardener is taking care of the plants and the garden during the week.
