The beautiful white sandy beach in Oliva, with its leisure activities such as jet-sky rental, Kyte surf, etc. is only 10 minutes drive away. Similarly, the Oliva Nova golf course is just a few minutes drive. The lovingly decorated holiday property is situated in an idyllic setting amongst orange groves and offers spectacular views over the countryside to the sea. With a land area of ??12,000 m2, this villa is ideal for relaxing and easy time to unwind in complete peace and tranquility. The land is terraced and fully staffed with beautiful stone walls. Very nearby, at the village Adsubia one may find shops such as supermarkets, bakers, butchers and much more. The very nice and helpful owners live in a separate house on the same plot and assist you with questions any time but your privacy is guaranteed, because the pool and the terrace are exclusively available to the tenants.
