Villa situated in a quiet and rural area on the sunny side of the Montgó mountain of Javea. From the covered terrace and pool area one can enjoy beautiful views of the valley and it's surroundings. The property has a large pool and offers a lot of privacy. Only the lower floor is rented out (the top floor remains closed and unoccupied).
